Tom,

Check Solution Samples -> New in VFP 9 -> Binding to Windows Message Events -> File/Folder Shell Events.

>I want to kick off a VFP process based upon an event occurring. In my case, I want to have the process wake up once a UNIX process is complete. I was thinking that the UNIX process can write a file to a set location on a windows server or send an email message. Once either of those events happens (or something else), I want a VFP program to run.
