Personally, I am aghast at the amount the budget has risen, but what is happening is NOT due to the president's supposed incompetance. It's due to Congress not being able to keep their hands out of the tax payer cookie jar.
Don't like Bush? Fine. But learn some more about how government works in the US before wading in here for a fight. And
