Moving sucks, as my older daughter would put it. It's always 10 times more work than you thought it would be. This too shall pass....
Personally I always feel unsettled from the time I start packing up one place until everything is unpacked, in the right room, at the new place. Not saying that like it's a bad thing, because moving is exciting and unsettling at the same time.
Good for you for making the location of your daughter's school a prime factor in the decision. You don't have to say one more word for me to know what a great mom you are.
Good luck with the rest of the transition! If you're offline for a while, don't worry, we'll still be here when you get back, chattering about the same things. LOL
>So far everything has fallen into place at the last minute - but it has worked out thank goodness. The search for a home in a short period of time has been the toughest. I had to find something near the school I want my 14 year old daughter to attend and just today I found out I got it. I start the new job June 5th and am really looking forward to it. I'm excited about it! I haven't been on the UT as much recently due to the packing, sorting, home search (daily trips to Greensboro to look for a home).
