This says nothing about any back-door, although I suppose the 'rumor' will exist from now on. Perhaps someday someone can prove this magical back-door exists.
...anyway all this says is that "Microsoft is reported to have complied with government demands for his computer records..." - which is obviously left wide open for speculation. Everything from giving them what's in the recyle bin to using an electron microscope to get previously deleted files. (and oh yes this magical back door).
