I use a Data Driven approach. I have a table with all errors
by number, Error status (Fatal, non-Fatal, etc) & wehter to
document it or not. When an error ocuurs the error # is looked
up and the the determination is made on what to do.

The nice thing about this is that you can change how errors are
handled VERY easily.
