It's not a matter of adding resources. Right now he's looking for a hosting facility where he will not be punished for bandwidth usage.

The web site is mainly for accessing scanned documents (a lot of them), and it could get extremely expensive if the hosting facility starts charging per MByte transferred.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
