Reminds me of the time I went on vacation in Panama to a beautiful location on the beach. Not all hotels in Panama have hot water and even those that do only turn it on when the hotel is packed with international tourists. We requested it in advance when making the reservations and were guaranteed it would be available. Sure it was available, but they refused to turn it on. Cold showers for a week!

I was SUPPOSED to have Internet access while in Italy but as it turns out our hotel didn't even have PHONES during the time we were there <g>.
