I used sys(3054) to check my level of rushmore optimization.

I have a test table with a date field (birthday). I index on birthday to tag birthday.

I run an SQL statement "SELECT * from foo WHERE birthday = {^ 2006 12 1}"

the message in "Rushmore optimization level for table foo: partial"


Shouldn't I be able to get a "fully optimizable" response?
