I second Craig's recommendation on Source Vault. If you use the Source Control integration in VFP, it's one of the best options available, esepcially if you have used VSS before. If you don't need the integration, or the price is an issue, or you mainly work with PRG based code, you also could check into CVS or SubVersion (to get you started: http://www.foxpert.com/docs/cvs.en.htm).
