The table structures for SBT are
APMAST - Current A/P invoice header information
APTRAN - Detail posting information per account per invoice in APMAST

APYMST - History (period closing) information invoice headers
APYTRN - Detail posting information

These tables have parallel structures... Once you look at the tables, you should see the direct relations for invoice, vendors. Also, there are two field in the APTRAN and APYTRN tables: GLFPER and GLFYEAR for the fiscal period and fiscal year. These can be tied back to the GL table for actual dates that the given fiscal period/year relate to. Don't remember this one off hand.
