Just what you don't want to hear...

I only use Field names as tag names. Mainly because when I am
coding I know the tag name immediately. I ran across the same
problem when someone changed one of my Tag names. My
suggestion is to bite the bullet and roll with the flow. Use
the fieldnames as Tag names and keep moving. You may save
a lot of time by doing so.
