Typically there isn't enough buffer in those devices to handle large print jobs sent directly to them, or from multiple users at once. What I'd recommend:

- Set up a print queue on a PC, which prints to the DLink device and its attached printer. I find these typically work best if the connection is via a "Standard TCP/IP Port" on the PC

- Everyone prints to the print queue on the PC, NOT to the DLink device directly. That way the PC print queue handles buffering multiple/large print jobs, and feeds the DLink device at a rate it can handle.
