We had this problem for some PCs and not others. The jpg file was there, it was passing an IF FILE test, but a couple PCs would not output it. We found that the Win2000 boxes had a "graphics server" program installed on it (i think it was Windows Photo Editor) and the newer boxes running WinXP did not. These new boxes had CAD, CAD viewer, and some other image programs, but nothing did the trick. Our original report form method would be to create a single row cursor and append the image file into a general field, print it, and erase the cursor. But when we started to get the red X on some of the print outs, we switched to a file method of outputting the images. We found that you can center an image on a report when you output using GENERAL fields, but you lose the ability to center images when outputting via the file method. We ended up adding a toggle switch to the user table to point to the method to use (general or file).

>We have a report that prints a BMP picture from a general field just fine, but when we try to print a JPG file, we get an image icon with the file name below but not the picture. Any help is be appreciated.
