Well, since I got the extension names messed up anyway . . . I have been able to access the report form when I open Fox with an additional parameter of "-A", to bypass the registries, but it also leaves me with no custom defaults. I have to manually reset all settings, which is not really acceptable, but allows me to work for now.

Still searching for a means of using VFP 9 without the extra inconvenience.
