Alan Griver spent half a session analyzing what is the best way to pass parameters and concluded that a parameter object is definitely clean, powerful, and can be made efficiently.

By the way, for the sake of a beginner in VFP, do you people use the SCATTER NAME command much? Sounds like it has great potential for passing around data.
