To copy memo field to Excel, see Thread #844067, Message # 844092
However, Excel has 254 character limit.

>I am using a COPY TO command to move the contents of a VFP9 table into an Excel spreadsheet. One of the fields in the table is a memo field and many of the records in the table have more than 254 characters in the memo field. If I leave the data in the memo field, the COPY TO command does not copy that field to the spreadsheet. If I move the text in the memo field into a character field, then it is copied to the spreadsheet but is truncated.
