Anyone interested in starting a salary survey thread? I am curious what programmers are making in Arizona for example. I am not sure how to gather this information from UT members and present it though. Maybe someone has some ideas on this also. Perhaps a database with some fields and some categories like Position: Programmer, P/A, S/A,Consultant,... Years experience, ... Well just a thought. Steve
