Carlos Alloatti of ctl32_statusbar fame will soon be releasing his ctl32_scrollablecontainer class that will do exactly what you're looking for. Carlos's ctl32_scrollablecontainer class renders XP theme compatible scrollbars via Windows API interfaces but the code is all pure VFP - no ActiveX/COM, DLL's or FLL's.

Keep an eye on the UT downloads for annoucement. This component will be worth waiting for. An incredible achievement.
