You try to put a string variable in Numeric field :-)
Remove single quotes before and after zprice (assuming this is the numeric field):

('" + zoffice + "', '" + zdate + "', '" + zname + "', '" + zdetail + "', '" + znoun + "', " + zprice + ")"
