The Mere Mortals .NET Framework
Yeah, it's real convenient to call method in your bizobj to see if there is data or not. I suppose I could write a method and put it in aBusinessObject.
Here's my situation: I have two business objects in a parent child relationship. If the parent has data and the child doesn't, I'd like to call the child's new method. Piece of cake in MM VFP, but rather daunting in MM .NET.
>Ahhhh sorry.. good question. Not sure. The business object has a datarow, if that is null, then I guess it's empty, or do the count on the DataSet..
>I've just been using MM.net for a few weeks and not that proficient with .net. But I would like it if there was an IsEmpty() method.. lol

>>I just looked at class you pointed me to, and the method applies to strings. I'm looking for something that will tell me if my dataset is empty.
