I have a customer using WIN NT and the RUN or ! command will not work. I even had him copy c:\winnt\system32\cmd.exe and command.com to his starting folder, but even a statement like
!cmd.exe
gets a file not found. Statements like
!pkzip25.exe
just flash a black screen. I had him check his starting folder and PKZIP25 is there! My system, using WIN98 and all my other customers do not have this problem. Any suggestions?
