Well, that is a good possibility, but have you considered adopting two states at the same time? The "STATE" of Canada and the "STATE" of Mexico. We could have all the oil in both "states" and all the labor in Mexico. Canada would be easy to conquer because they have already disarmed their citizens!<g>
