If you just want to output existing report to PDF then
try some of the converters like frx2any or xfrx.

If you want programmatic generation of PDF then you should chk
at PDFL library at www.eqeus.com (Cost arround 120usd)

XFRX product itself supports script based reporting
via XFF format that can be converted into PDF at the end.

If you decide to go for PDFL library then you should also
have look also at CodeRep reporting tool here which have subclass
that utilizes/supports PDFL library.
