All I can say is, what a thread!

I believe this thread and the depth and width of the discussions being presented here only validate what I have believed all along. Human beings cannot exist without conflict. It's God's greatest test and one that we seemed doomed to fail. There have been wars and genocides since almost the beginning of time. And most have had something to do with religion. We are constantly given the opportunity to learn from our mistakes yet, alas, we continue to repeat those mistakes.
