If you go to the FoxTalk web site (www.pinpub.com/foxtalk/home.htm), click on the "Search our Article database for Free" icon, proceed to Developer Solutions Online and enter EPOCH as a search word, you will be shown the synopsis of the FoxTalk solution mentioned earlier. You can purchase it online for US$5. It should solve your problem. As for emailing it to yes, yes I could but I'd be breaking copyright laws if I did. However, US$5 isn't that expensive!
