We sure knew where he was and that he would be there for a safe duration. Whether that came from crack intelligence, the type that has seemed lacking in Iraq, or from informants is not known and may never be known. The early money seems to be on an informant. And my personal guess is it didn't have anything to do with collecting reward money.
