One of the PCs (notebook) is connected wirelessly to a router for Internet access. The other PC (desktop) is connected (wire) to the same router and the networking enabled on it. There are only 3 PC all together connected to this router (one of them is the one I am using to type this message, Win2000).

I just did a Google search and I found a couple of messages related to this problem, missing Security tab. But so far can't find a solution.
