I am going to be making a recommendation to my manager concerning our Internet development direction. I just want to make sure I have a few facts straight before I make my recommendation.

From my research, I don't want to attempt to support Apache running ASP.NET applications. Apache/PERL is an option, but I was leaning more in the direction of IIS/ASP.NET. Can IIS run PERL/PHP applications however? If so, I think that is my preference so we can be as flexible as possible.
