I have a grid in which I have placed a combobox. The value of the field is an integer, but I want to display the corresponding text of the value from the recordsource. To do this I have 2 columns (TextSource c(50), IntSource I) that are in the alias I am using as the recordsource for the combo box. The data is bound to column 2 for the controlsource. Sparse for the column is false. Everything appears to be okay (including display values) until I click on the combo box at which time it let's me select correctly, however, when I move off the record it truncates the displayed value to 11 characters. It does store the correct IntSource but what I can't figure out is why thee TextSource for the display is truncating. Any ideas are appreciated.
