Didn't they just put out that Rush 30 thing a year or two ago? Surly they're not gonna start doing that "hey lets release a new album every year - and oh yeah we're not writing any new songs either.."

Hey, Victor.....Rush R30 was a concert DVD from their concert in Frankfurt in 2004, as part of their 30th Anniversary World Tour. (And it's awesome).

The new set that comes out tomorrow is DVD versions of old VHS concert videos from the '80's.

Their next studio album will be out early next year.

They've never been a "factory". And even though they released back-to-back concert DVDs (Rush in Rio, and then R30), one of the things I've always liked about their live sets is how many they try to vary individual songs. If you watch and listen to "Tom Sawyer" and "Earthshine" on Rush in Rio and then R30, they're 2 different executions (and both very good!).

I expect Rush's next studio album to be incredible.
