Yes, in our case, we have two scenarios. One is obvious and is streaming mode. There cannot be any other way. Based on a subscription, some content is allowed to be viewed but by streaming only. I don't know if additional components has to be set up however in order to assure of that. In the second scenario, it is download only as once a purchase has been done, the user can download it.
