Kevin,
I've only been able to see two of my favorite prog-rock bands live Kansas and The Moody Blues. Kansas, twice, once in 75 on college and once about 8 years ago when they played a small club in Virginia. The Moody Blues played here accompanied by the Austin Symphony.
Tull was here a couple of months ago, but I had to go out of town and couldn't see them. Two years ago Particle played at the ACL Festival and I got a big feeling that it was a lot like seeing Yes or ELP when they were getting started.
>Oh, you really missed something then. (And I've certainly missed opportunities to see other great bands). Both were amazing. (it's also a bit humorous to see the different outfits that Yes members wear!)

>Actually, the two greatest concerts I've ever attended were Jethro Tull and Alan Parsons. Ian Anderson is a true performer....and yes, the Alan Parsons Project totally shocked me with how well they performed on stage.
