Hi Bernard,
>In its current state this control has the same deficiencies as Craig Boyd's scroll class - In XP themed controls bleed through. Also it is Activex unfriendly. Maybe Carlos has fixed all that.
Yes, Carlos has fixed those problems and added some nice touches such as fully integrated mousewheel scrolling (unlike native VFP form mousewheel scrolling, works even over non-scrollable input controls), mouse click and drag scrolling, and intelligent auto scrolling to the active control when tabbing between controls.
Note that Carlos's scrollable container supports generic scroll functionality independent of whether scrollbars are visible. So you could, for example, use Carlos's scrollable container to host a collection of tab controls and add/enable your own custom scroller controls when notified by the scrollable container that it is in a scrollable state.
We're working out final 'fit and finish' issues and documentation. I think even you will be impressed :)
BTW: I enjoyed your recent blog post on OneNote style tabs. More thoughts on that topic in a separate email - soon! So much to do - so little time!
Malcolm
