I have installed an exe on a user's machine. The app updates a table that is stored locally in the same directory as the application. The user gets the error referenced in the Title of this message when she runs the app, but when we look at permissions on the directory, she has full access.

I have also installed this app on another user's machine in this department, and that person is not having this problem.

Again, the dbf file that is being updated is stored in the same local directory as the app itself. Thanks for your help.
