I'm sorry - I thought I included this info in the post. It's Win 2k SP4. The app was rolled out by our End-User Computing group. The dbf was included in the installation package, but I know it was definitely not installed from a CD. It was installed in the same manner as the other user's app. The other user has no problem running the app. I'm pretty sure this is a security problem, but I just wanted to make sure it's not VFP.
