Well I'm not so sure. You jumped in straight away with your demand. Michel said "Why not ask if we HAVE done something first before ...". OK, he couched it by stating that they'd worked on it during the night within the bounds of the question and, disregarding the fact that English isn't his first language, you then jumped in with your size 12s accusing him of arrogance.

I thought M showed considerable restraint in his answer. If anything I'd say your assault was a trifle arrogant.

Anyway, you're a lovely guy, CL, but if you started a nark with me like that I'd be "less diplomatic".
