There are a bunch of people sitting around a table, all British except for one heavyset, obviously American guy. They are eating breakfast, toast or something like that, and everyone keeps asking very proper and polite, "Please pass the Palamer All Fruit." When it gets time for the guy to ask, he goes, "Please pass the jelly!" in a very country-American accent. The people at the table do various things like gasp, faint and I think a dog even covers his eyes with his paws. I thought it was very funny.
