I did try the steps in the help file with no luck, sorry I didn't mention that before. I tried it again just to be sure and your second suggestion with no luck.

I have developer express tools loaded as well. Would that make a difference?

An additional note, I tried this on another computer with the same results. Developer Express controls are loaded there as well.
