Everybody doesn't mean 'anybody'. It's everybody in the domain (and in your case the domain is the print server itself).
You can do something like this:
-Create an account on printserver say prnUser.
-From a remote computer's explorer browse to the workgroup. Right click on printserver computer and select 'Expand'. Provide:
username:printServerName\prnUser
password:passwordyouassigned
remember password: checked

You'd see printer as a listed resource. Rightclick and 'Connect'.
