Not sure of what you mean for "drag-n-drop" -- you can do this between prg classes (but it performs a cut-n-paste). If you are wanting to drag-n-drop a code class in a form or other container, then this is not possible; whereas, a visual class can be dragged-n-dropped to a form/container.
