After a new install, I got everything. This seems to be the version I was looking for. There are so many setup.exe on that CD that it is so easy to get mixed up. I don't understand why there isn't a setup that appears on the screen when we insert the CD. We have to drill down the directories and start guessing about which setup is the one we need.
