Before people start shouting, consider that I made a serious effort to learn and understand C#. Can you set aside 3 full months to work exclusively with C#? That's pretty much what I did, and it was a very expensive undertaking for our firm.

Just curious, can you elaborate on your efforts on the C# learning curve? Were you looking at VS2005 or VS2003? You and your company have made a decision, I respect that...I'm just interested in what types of things you did to arrive at the conclusion, whom you talked to along the way, etc.
