If it only happens on one computer, could be a bad sign about that computer. Does it keep any tables just for itself or share with everyone? If it has it's own tables it could mean bad indicies. I've had a number of support calls on this issue boil down to reinstalling the OS if nothing else could be isolated on the machine in question, including RAM or other hardware headaches. It isn't a very informative error message, in short.
