Ever notice how VFP supports GATHERing from any of: MEMVAR, an object reference, or from an array... but does not support INSERT INTO from an object reference, even though it does support INSERT INTO from MEMVAR or array?

This is similar to being able to pass arrays by reference unless they belong to an object.

It's ultimately gonna be the inconsistencies (and from the perspective of the non-VFP world, the unreliability) of VFP's language that will cause VFP's demise.
