Lisa and I found the problem (well, mostly Lisa). There is a minor bug which will be corrected in the next version but there is an easy workaround. The problem occurs only when you SET FULLPATH OFF. The workaround is to SET FULLPATH ON before you issue REPORT FORM ... or however you call the report listener, and then restore the setting of FULLPATH afterwards. This workaround will not be necessary in the new version.

The solution took a long time to find because, of course, we were originally looking in the wrong place. Many thanks to Lisa and Colin for tracking this down and fixing it. The report listener is now creating HTML output flawlessly.
