For some reason the [ New ] button on the Maintenance form displays data in the record that I was on and doesn't clear all the fields on the Properties tab page.

This worked all right when I was first testing, but suddenly stopped working correctly.

I've been doing a lot of changing on the form and can't find anything that would prevent the New button from working.

Any ideas?
