Evan is right. VB is being developed ...but it is not used by Microsoft employees. To my knowledge, there are no (as in none) Microsoft applictions that are being developed in VB. I suspect that after Bill Gates leaves active managment, VB will be allowed to slowly fade away. VB is currently useful to MS to get more folks to use .Net.
