Yes we're sure the temp file belongs to our VFP application.
Deleting the temp file is only possible if you kill the application otherwise it is in use.

It's not quite sure which sql command causes the problem, but there should only be simple select (joins, unions, ...), insert, update and delete commands - nothing really special.
