its the laegue before the all irelands for hurley and football. its not seen as important but it is a good indicator of form.

>>that was an exciting end to the match last night, the performance level has definately picked up but its bad news about owen and i wasn't entirely convinced about rooney, too much too soon perhaps?

>Consider he hasn't been running around for a few months cos of his broken foot. He was pretty sensational at first though. I have a great ambivalence toward the yard dog though. He's a Scouse traitoe to go over to the Mancs like that. Recently visitors to the house of one of his relatives had their cars vandalised outside. Sick I know but such is the feeling engendered.

i never like to see that stuff, i don't like him either but ruining someone car is never on. i only saw the second half so when i saw him he was not 100% but as for him being a traitor sure it was only the blue half of the mersey that he turned his back on.

>Gerrard did us proud though eh? And Cole was a dynamo from start to finish - and that goal!
gerrard was great, shame he wasn't on for the 90, and cole's goal was fantastic. where was lennin though, when he and rooney came on last match they made such a difference, would like to see him start, possible ahead of becks, didn't think he was all there
Go raibh maith agat
