Big possible Ka-booms John. How about the name of the object changing? How about the parent property of the textbox changing? Perhaps the textbox will be moved to another container - like a page.

VFP is OO for crying out loud. How about a little encapsulation here? Perhaps a little reuseability. Yes, the suggested way would work. But, from a design standpoint - it sucked. I think a little more thought could have been put into it.
